Handworks

Handworks is a premium gift shop that has been part of Melbourne’s retail scene for over 30 years, with two high-end locations in Brighton and Prahran. In-store, the experience is unmistakable. Beautifully curated shelves, ambient candles, and a playful, boutique feel that draws customers in and keeps them coming back.

When COVID hit, Handworks made the move online with a Shopify store. But it didn’t take long to realise that online shopping is a very different experience. The scent of a candle can’t be smelled through a screen. Customers don’t wander through aisles discovering new brands. The magic of in-store needed a digital translation, and that’s where Renosites came in.

Our goal was to reimagine the Handworks experience for an online shopper. We rebuilt the Shopify site with clearer pathways through popular collections, introduced upsell and cross-sell strategies designed around the psychology of gifting, and focused on creating a smoother, more intuitive shopping experience. All of this was done while maintaining the momentum of their best-sellers.

We also brought the personality of the brand to life online. Warm, playful, and distinctly boutique.

Since launching, we’ve helped Handworks increase both their average order value and their conversion rate.

Australian Wide Egg Bank

Australia Wide Egg Bank (AWEB) is the first affordable egg donation services in Australia, and the sister company of Central Egg Bank (CEB), offering transparent, ethical, and fully digital support for both recipients and donors.

Renosites led the complete branding and strategy behind the brand to create a clear and engaging experience for the user. Ultimately, the objective for AWEB was to make something that is quite serious, emotional and often confusing for people, into a much softer and easier experience.

When COVID hit, Handworks made the move online with a Shopify store. But it didn’t take long to realise that online shopping is a very different experience. Central Egg Bank

Central IVF is Australia’s premier frozen donor egg bank, delivering egg donation programs tailored for Australian families seeking fertility treatment.

The website serves as a trusted gateway connecting patients with specialist-led services—featuring anonymous donors with proven fertility, hand-carried embryo transport, and partner clinics like Monash IVF and Repromed across major cities. With a focus on transparency, emotional support, and results (e.g., 492 observed sacs from transfers), the redesign aimed to build confidence for anxious patients while streamlining access to personalized IVF journeys.

Melbourne Studio Art

Melbourne Studio Art is a creative studio offering art classes for all ages, from beginners to more experienced artists in Australia. The goal of this project was to design a modern, user-friendly website that makes it easy for visitors to discover classes and book a session online.

The site is built on WordPress, featuring an automated booking experience powered by the Amelia plugin and integrated with Xero for seamless invoicing and payment management.
